Our team is scattered across the globe. With team members living from Missouri and Florida, to even Florence, Italy, coming together is never an easy feat. When the Ritz-Carlton Yacht Collection invited us for an opportunity to learn more about what it’s like to experience three days on their Ilma yacht, The Travel Maestro team didn’t hesitate. It was the perfect chance to experience a seamless luxury adventure while connecting as a team, and we quickly discovered that life aboard Ilma moves at a rhythm all its own.

Lunch overlooking the crescent-shaped bay was unhurried and rejuvenating, a perfect balance to the morning’s exploration.
